Trevor Satisfaction grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. Birthplace of Edgar Allen Poe, John Waters, Frank Zappa, Mama Cass, Thurgood Marshall, Ultra Nate and The Basement Boys. As a freshman at University, he taught himself to play numerous instruments and began composing songs. After graduation he moved to NYC where he would spend the next decade in Manhattan and Brooklyn, playing in venues such as CBGB, Kenny’s Castaways, and The New Music Cafe. Trevor spent a year in the London neighborhood of Finsbury Park and would travel to Berlin, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid and Capetown.
He would relocate to Los Angeles in 2011 and would begin creating new material. Real Good Time was recorded in ThinkLaborative Studios in Los Angeles, CA during the Summer and Fall of 2014.
